Account & Login
Signing in with Google
Click “Continue with Google” on the login or register page. We only receive your name, email, and profile picture — we never access other Google data.
Signing in with email
Register with your email and a password (minimum 8 characters). Use the same credentials to sign in on subsequent visits.
Can’t sign in?
During our preview period, access is limited to approved email addresses. If you’re unable to sign in, email support@naturalquery.com and we’ll get you set up.
Data Sources
CSV files
In your project, click “Add Data Source” and upload a CSV file (up to 150 MB). NaturalQuery will parse the columns and make them available for querying immediately.
Google Sheets
Paste a Google Sheets URL as a data source. The sheet must be publicly accessible or shared with “Anyone with the link.”
Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, ClickHouse)
Provide your database connection string. NaturalQuery will test the connection, map your schema, and enable querying. All credentials are encrypted at rest, and queries are enforced as read-only.
Shopify
Install NaturalQuery from the Shopify App Store. After authorizing, your store data (orders, products, customers, etc.) becomes available through our chat interface via Shopify’s GraphQL API.
Connection issues?
Make sure your database allows connections from external IPs and that the credentials are correct. Use the “Test Connection” button to diagnose issues. If problems persist, contact support@naturalquery.com.
Queries & Insights
Asking questions
Type any business question in plain English — for example, “What were our top-selling products last quarter?” NaturalQuery translates your question into a query, runs it, and presents the results with charts and explanations.
Visualizations
The AI automatically selects the most appropriate visualization (bar charts, line charts, tables, etc.) based on your data. You can pin any visualization to your project dashboard for quick access.
Dashboard
Pin insights from your conversations to create a live dashboard. Each pinned item can be refreshed on demand to pull the latest data without re-asking the question.
Inaccurate results?
AI-generated queries are generally accurate, but complex questions may occasionally produce unexpected results. Try rephrasing your question with more specifics, or add project instructions to give the AI more context about your data.

Team collaboration
Invite team members to your project by email. Collaborators can access shared data sources, chat sessions, and dashboards.
Project instructions
Add custom instructions to a project to give the AI persistent context — for example, business-specific terminology, preferred metrics, or which tables to prioritize.

Deleting your account
To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at support@naturalquery.com. All personal data, files, and credentials will be removed within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
